Every day general house cleaning also available evenings and at weekends
Hourly one off cleaning rate is £19.90, minimum 2hrs.
A one off spring clean is also available, please call us for a no obligation quote. In all cases customers must supply their own cleaning material and equipment on the premises.
Light bulbs replaced
To supply and fit four light bulbs, price £15.50 this service may be useful and suitable to those who are less able to manage.
Painting & Decorating and Plastering
Price is dependant on work to be done (internal or external painting and internal plastering). A free no obligation quote is given.
Shelving
This service will fit small shelves in the home or shed. The price per shelf is £6 plus £24.90per hour.
Assembling Small furniture
This service will assemble small flat pack furniture. Price per item is £10 plus £24.90per hour.
*Moving furniture within your home
This service may be suited to those less able to move heavy furniture themselves, either across a room or from room to room. The weight of each item must not exceed 140lbs (64kilos). Price £10.50 per item.
*Letter writing
A practical confidential letter writing service either dictated by you or prepared for you, subject to your approval of the finished product. Non legal, general letters only. Price £10.50 per letter.
Form filling
Standard form completion with customer, price £9 per form, £11 if over 1 hour and up to 1 ½ hours.
Laundry Services
To wash and/or dry clothes. Washing powder must be supplied by customer. This service is negotiable subject to on site facilities. Ironing service also available separately, please ask.
Shopping – Please ask us about this service as we can tailor make it to suit you. We find some customers require this because they are house bound or not as able to do shopping alone as others. So whether you just need some assistance to get to and from the shops and help with carrying your shopping, or would like to have someone do the whole task, we have a service to suit you. £20 per hour time, plus cost of your shopping purchases.
Gardening - small work such as general garden tidying, weeding, planting, pruning, shrub trimming and mowing lawns, £24.90 per hour. Where customers do not have council garden waste bins, gardening bags can be provided at 25p per bag.
