CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS

Clean and Handy understands that plans change due to unexpected events occurring; and we strive to be a flexible service for you.
With this in mind, there will be no cancellation fee to our customers. We would however appreciate a telephone call of your cancellation, with at least 4 hours advance notice where possible please.

If you have to cancel an appointment please call and let us know. Telephone: 07984 409 873 or 07984 409 874 - If a customer cancels within one hour before their clean is due, they will be charged £8.50.

Our workers will arrive on time. Customers are expected to be home at the agreed time to receive the workers. Should a customer not be home up to 15 minutes after the agreed time (by which time the worker will leave), a charge of £8.50 will be payable to Clean & Handy by the customer for the lost period.

Equally, should clean and handy be unable to carry out a service at the agreed time, a minimum 4 hour advance notice will be given to our customer with a suitable re-arrangement made.

We trust you will agree this is a fair policy.
